Isabelle Francke is a UK-registered psychology professional with a Master’s in Psychology, accredited training in Therapeutic and Counselling Skills, and ongoing doctoral training in Counselling Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and offers coaching services in Dubai that focus on emotional wellbeing, personal development, and self-awareness.
Drawing from her background in psychology and human connection, Isabelle supports adults experiencing challenges such as low self-confidence, social pressure, digital burnout, identity exploration, and feelings of being “stuck.” Her coaching practice helps clients develop resilience, increase self-understanding, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Before transitioning into psychology, Isabelle spent 10 years working in digital and broadcast media. This gives her deep insight into the stress, performance pressure, and emotional toll that can come from highly competitive and fast-paced industries.
She also brings cross-cultural experience from having lived in the U.S., Germany, and the UK, and is passionate about helping clients understand how their unique identity and cultural background shape their journey.
