George is an integrative and client-centred therapist committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where individuals can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. His approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. George specialises in trauma-informed care, helping clients process and heal from difficult life experiences.
With over a decade of experience, George has worked extensively in domestic violence settings, supporting clients in navigating complex relational dynamics and fostering healthier behaviours. He also has significant experience working with young people (ages 8–24), addressing concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, family difficulties, and stress management.
His work in social inclusion advocacy focuses on ensuring that marginalised groups—including asylum seekers, refugees, and Traveller communities have equitable access to mental health support.
George is an APCP student-accredited therapist and currently awaiting BACP accreditation. He works with clients aged 8 and above, offering therapy in English and Maltese.
George’s approach is collaborative, empowering, and client-led. In the first session, he explores the client’s background, concerns, and goals to co-create a personalised therapeutic plan. Sessions are structured yet flexible—designed to promote self-exploration, emotional processing, and skill-building.
George believes that mental health challenges are a natural part of life, and seeking therapy is a courageous, proactive step toward healing. His own experience with therapy has deepened his empathy, allowing him to support clients with authenticity, compassion, and understanding.
Outside of work, George finds balance through nature, lifelong learning, and meaningful time with loved ones resources that keep him grounded and fully present in his practice.
