Welcome to Private Therapy Clinic Dubai. By booking an appointment or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Private Therapy Clinic Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom, providing mental health services to clients in Dubai and the wider UAE region. Services may be delivered directly by our international team of qualified practitioners or by approved Dubai-based partners, working in collaboration under the standards and clinical governance of Private Therapy Clinic Ltd.

1.Booking & Appointment Policy

  • All appointments must be reserved using valid debit or credit card details.
  • Payment for initial appointments is taken at the time of booking to secure the slot.
  • Stored card details may be used for payment of subsequent sessions on the morning of the appointment.
  • If you prefer to pay in cash (where applicable), please speak to our team in advance. Card details are still required to reserve your appointment.
  • Provisional bookings are held for 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the slot will be made available to other clients.

2.Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

First Appointment

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for first appointments are non-refundable once booked.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Ongoing Sessions

  • Cancellations with More than 48 Hours’ Notice: You will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: The full session fee will be charged.

Practitioner Cancellations

  • If your session is cancelled by the practitioner, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative slot.

Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If you cancel within seven days of entering into a service contract with us, and your session is more than 48 hours away, a refund will be issued.

3.Service Structure & Responsibility

Private Therapy Clinic Ltd, registered in the UK, coordinates and oversees all clinical standards and quality assurance. Our services in Dubai may be provided by:

  • UK-based or international clinicians, operating remotely via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Local Dubai-based partners, working under agreement with us and adhering to our clinical protocols and quality standards.

All clinicians, whether international or locally based, are vetted for their qualifications and competence in accordance with UK clinical governance standards.

4.Payment Terms

  • “Appointment” includes therapy sessions, psychological assessments, workshops, and consultations.
  • Advance payment is required for all services.
  • Refunds or transfers are only issued in accordance with this policy.
  • Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted in writing to dubai@privatetherapyclinic.com.
  • Your card details are securely stored, and no staff member can access your full card number.

5.Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your data and privacy:

  • Personal and health data are managed in accordance with UK GDPR and UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
  • Information will only be shared where necessary for your care or where legally required.
  • Only authorised staff involved in your care will access your data.

6.Changes to Terms

Private Therapy Clinic Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.

Acknowledgement

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. You also understand that Private Therapy Clinic Ltd is a UK company that may work with Dubai-based partners or provide international clinical services as part of your care.
