Dina Hajdini is a Psychology graduate offering wellbeing coaching services in Dubai, helping individuals improve emotional resilience, manage habits, and strengthen personal insight. Dina brings over five years of international experience in coaching and support roles. She has worked within rehabilitation settings in Italy, co-managed residential homes for individuals facing psychological and emotional challenges, and led wellbeing groups for young people. She currently facilitates reflective group discussions for individuals and families impacted by dependency-related behaviours (in settings outside the UAE).
She also supports onboarding and outreach for a non-profit rehabilitation organisation and has contributed to corporate wellbeing programmes in the private sector, where she helped design mental wellness initiatives related to HR and organisational culture.
Dina holds a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths University, London, and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is currently training in counselling psychology (UK-based) with the goal of becoming an HCPC-registered psychologist in the UK.
She continues to grow professionally through weekly supervision sessions with Counselling Psychologist Sharmin Aktar, as well as ongoing mentorship from Clinical Director and Psychologist Dr Becky Spelman.
